inches in santa rosa. three inches in mounted st. helena. san francisco inch and a half and lesser amounts as you head towards the santa clara valley. let's take a look at the five day storm totals. three storms moved in here. you can see mount st. helena, close to 13 inches. santa rosa, close to 8 inches as well as san rafael. san francisco close to 4 inches. oakland close to 4 inches and san jose racked up close to 2 1/2 inches. as you mentioned, another system is headed for the bay area, not as strong. we'll take a look at the timing coming up. >> a scary situation in pescadero. fire crews had to rescue two drivers who's cars got caught on flooded highway 101. it caught maybe many people off guard due to the sudden rise of water. heavy rain is being blamed for an accident that injured four people. three of them are from the fire district. we do want to a warn you. some of the video may be intense for some viewers. >> you can hear the crunch of an out of control vehicle making impact followed by moments of confusion. then screams for help from firefighters kelly morse. she was on

." santa rosa almost8" of rain, 4" in san francisco, 4.67" in concord. the russian river near guerneville this morning topped off at about 27 feet. that's below flood stage. it continues to recede. we are looking at a nice afternoon. get out there and join it. some sunshine out there dry conditions temperatures should be mainly in the 60s tonight. the clouds are going to thicken up a bit once again as we have a storm system approaching the coastline. overnight lows in the 40s and the 50s. and well looks like a nice afternoon around the bay area. 59 degrees right now in san jose. 61 in the napa valley and 56 degrees in san francisco. there are changes coming though. high pressure off the coastline but only giving's brief break. look at this. we have yet another storm that's approaching the bay area. so enjoy the break today. looks like tomorrow we get back into it again. some rain developing maybe as early as the latter part of the afternoon in parts of the north bay. most of it comes through tuesday night into wednesday morning. this storm system doesn't look as windy and wet. maybe one t

highway, highway 37, some thick fog and that can be really bad there and petaluma, napa, santa rosa. some of the rain totals -- santa rosa, so far, almost 13.50. average is 7.43. san francisco, now remember this number, 7.92. that's what's going down in the books. 9.9 -- 7.92. i don't know what's going on in san jose, 3.91. everybody's over but you can find double -- almost triple the amounts in san jose. this is from mike who keeps awesome records in san francisco. i believe him 101%. sunday, 1.36. it's the hardest he's seen it rain. five-day total was 4.59. his seasonal total is 9.42. almost an inch and a half more than what's going down in the books. you can see the discrepancies sometimes in areas that are not that far apart. some people -- i think i would lean on the heavier totals. today is a dry monday. thank goodness we have some fog returning. rain returns to the north bay on thursday. this system is not as long as the last three. but it will still give us maybe .25 to maybe 1.50. could be 2 the farther north you go. the system out here is tapping into more warm air. we have a go
